Accommodation

The Congress Secretariat has booked a sufficient number of hotel rooms with special conference prices in different hotels in Tartu to make attending the conference more convenient. 

Please note that the special rates only apply when booking accommodation via the online booking form below. If you contact the hotels directly, these rates do not apply. We would like to encourage you to book the rooms soon as in summer there are very many tourists and events, therefore hotels fill up quickly.

We recommend to book flights early since the Republic of Estonia is turning 100 this year and there are many events taking place in Tallinn throughout the year!

VSpa Hotel (Riia 2)

Superior single room: 70 €

Superior twin/double room: 80 €

Deluxe single room: 85 €

Deluxe twin/double room: 95 €

Included in the price: breakfast buffet, free wi-fi, parking, VAT 9%, use of bathrobe and slippers. 

During this period, the Spa Centre is unfortunately under maintenance and therefore closed.
Dorpat Hotel (Soola 6)

  

Standard single room: 62 €

Standard twin/double room: 77 €

Superior single room: 67 €

Superior double room: 82 €

Included in the price: breakfast buffet, free wi-fi, parking, VAT 9%.
